Fix installation failures reported in #7 for clean DSH profiles:

  • Cordis now imports the published package dsh-knowledge-canvas.
  • Remove eager activation from the injected client to address duplicate factory registration.
  • Keep internal ids, routes and knowledge data paths compatible; no knowledge-file deletion or migration is required.
  • Document manual profile bundle registration.

Integrates reviewed cleanup PRs #2–#6. Adds manifest regression checks, actual tarball installation tests, and Windows/Linux CI on Node 22/24. All four CI combinations passed; npm and pnpm clean-profile package imports passed. Full Electron UI boot has not been replayed.

If npm has not propagated 0.4.2 yet, exit DSH and install the attached tarball from the intended profile directory, then ensure dsh-knowledge-canvas is in dsh.profile.bundles. Preserve existing bundle entries and knowledge files. Restart DSH after installation.

Issue #1's prefix-cache feedback remains under investigation; no cache-hit or token-saving improvement is claimed.
