Version 1.0.9 improves iShare2/LabHub reliability and gives users clearer visibility during image installation.

Added mirror fallback for ishare2 pull: tries /0:/ first, then fallback repositories on failure.
Added automatic LabHub repository discovery (/0:/, /1:/, /2:/, etc.), removing hardcoded mirror assumptions.
Now shows which repository is currently being tested during installation.
Extended API/UI responses with tested repositories, fallback status, and the mirror that succeeded.
Added detection for likely LabHub quota/rate-limit issues, with user-facing guidance.
Added unit tests covering fallback flow, quota detection, and iShare2 install behavior.
UX improvement: in-app notifications can now be manually dismissed.
