NO File enabled

Features:

1. Can select "NO File" post processing with Next-Out 1.1 or later.
2. "Visio" post processing option is checked if a Visio template is selected with "Select Visio" button.

Bug Fix:

1. For systems with comma as a decimal separator, fix issue of writing a comma in Form 6A
2. Reinstate "last wrote on" information in Control worksheet, cell B20

Post-process files with Next-Out

Update to 4.0 from 3.2

1. Use Next-out to perform simulations and post-process results.
2. Selection dialogue boxes remember the last directory for different EXE, input, and output files.
3. All "Active X" controls are changed to "Forms Controls": a) This avoids a potential issue when using multiple displays. b) Enables easier code maintenance by moving all VBA code from the Control Worksheet to a new module (button_actions.bas)
4. Check that files are read in with a drive letter. Macros do not work with networked file (that use https:// in the file name).
5. Better functionality to overwrite, rename, or cancel when an input file name already exists in the same directory.
