NO Files and GUI Updates

Updates from Version 1.1 from 1.0

VERSION 1.1 UPDATES FROM 1.0

1. Visio Stencil Updates:
   a. Air Velocity: Stencil is updated to orange to differentiate it from airflow.
   b. Damper: Closed dampers use red and black lines instead of only black lines. The program (NO_visio_settings.py) has been updated.
2. NO File: Creates a Next-Out file which is the output data parsed from an output file. This enables faster Visio processing by using NO Files instead of parsing output files.
3. Staggered Headways Mean, Max, Min: Enabling parallel processing speeds up analyses. NO files are read faster than one processor parsing each output file into memory.
