- A new article, "How Stream Flow Has Changed Where Gauges Are Few", runs the Maxan Creek method at three more Chinook streams, fixed in advance: Swift Creek (08KA012) and Naver Creek (08KE014), extended from short records, and Gosnell Creek in the Morice, which has no gauge (#126). The spawning-window drop and the flat migration window hold at all three. Carried spawning-window mean flow fell 12 % at Swift, 41 % at Naver and 35 % at Gosnell, against 46 % at Maxan. The method travels less well: record extension fails in the sparse upper Fraser box, and the borrowed departures score below the 0.5 bar in the spawning window everywhere. The article takes the Maxan article's place in the Articles menu and the README; the Maxan article is still built at its address. The streams are keyed on a site table,
