I uploaded the package to Test Pypi and installed it from scratch on a dev box. I updated the readme to match the process I went though

I uploaded the package to Test Pypi and installed it from scratch on a dev box (Ubuntu 16.04) twice. I updated the readme to match the process I went though. I'm 100% sure the documentation still needs to be tweaked for more clarity, and to cover differences between other distros, but this should help get things going.
