ToolGram Desktop v7.2.10

Personal patched build of Telegram Desktop, rebased on upstream v7.2.10.
Portable and installer are both included — pick one.

Features (all preserved in this rebase)

Forward content you can't normally forward — channels/chats that forbid forwarding can
be saved or forwarded: the client sends the content as a fresh copy, so it lands in the
destination chat.
Left sidebar color — Settings → Chat Settings → "رنگ نوار سمت چپ": pick one of
7 built-in NiN colors (Olive, Teal Blue, Steel Blue, Deep Green, Wine, Mauve, Crimson)
or keep the default. Applies to the whole sidebar (folders + hamburger button).
ToolGram branding — app name, window title, exe metadata (ProductName /
FileDescription / Company = ToolGram) and a custom icon.
Personal API credentials — own api_id / api_hash to avoid shared-app flood limits.

Rebased on upstream Telegram Desktop v7.2.10 (202 upstream files merged).
Version, exe metadata and installer version bumped to 7.2.10.
Now ships a proper installer (own AppId — installs alongside official Telegram
Desktop without touching it) and a portable archive.
Sidebar color patch rebased onto the upstream 7.2.10 lib_ui.
