Please. Please don't output colors when redirecting or piping output. My tiny brain can't remember how to scrub control characters and I just want to file a bug report and move on.

Users should not need to understand any of this to be able to copy/paste a log: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/14684/removing-control-chars-including-console-codes-colours-from-script-output
