Evaluate all NixOS tests. Can be done in parallel and in the sandbox, and I think it's feasible to do on master, ie Hydra. Assert equivalence of instantiations compared to a known-good version of Nix.

Possible sharding strategy: lexicographic ranges, i.e. by prefix.

Idea proposed in discussion with @RaitoBezarius
