This seems to be an improvement and it's building ok for me. Question, though: should freeglut also have a propagatedBuildDependency on the darwin GLUT framework? |

Made OpenGL a propagated dependency for mesa on darwin (fixes a host of building errors, especially in haskell pacakges). Also fixed freeglut on darwin.
