@lethalman folks tests are failing when built in chroot:

If I disable folks tests, it runs \o/

Disabled folks tests. I didn't find an obvious way to override the etcdir of dbus-daemon.

Hmm, I think we should wrap empathy to find account manager (even without gnome3 installed).
