influxdb: make v1.0.2 default, remove 0.13

Motivation for this change

I was surprised not getting the latest version, when pulling influxdb.

Things done

• Tested using sandboxing
  (nix.useSandbox on NixOS,
  or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf
  on non-NixOS)
• Built on platform(s)

@zimbatm Is the old version still needed? Breaking changes are not to bad for the new version.
