Rebased - tests are working now, I hadn't tested on 3.5, apologies. Now nox-review pr breaks due to too many new packages. I did manual nix-builds for 2.7 & 3.5 and they worked. |

Motivation for this change
This update of distributed compresses network traffic & has a working bokeh status interface (can be used by adding bokeh to your path)
