Motivation for this change

Was totally puzzled how to login into the built virtual machine when running nixos-rebuid build-vm.

I think this should be documented in the manual. So I added it.

This only applies if users.mutableUsers = true. With mutableUsers = true everything works as expected (and you'll already have a password set up in your configuration.nix).

I never set mutableUsers, so it should be true for me right? Because I still had the problem

Yes, I miswrote, sorry. mutableUsers defaults to true, if it's set to false then it works as expected and the note doesn't apply.
