unrar: update from 5.1.5 to 5.1.7, change license to 'unfree-redistributable'

@Fuuzetsu pointed out that this package had a bad license Fuuzetsu@eac5176, and I noticed it needs the version bumped too.

Does this qualify as unfree-redistributable?
