- Patching the makefile so use "clang++" as compiler. This was commented out inside of the makefile. - Fix the path to copy libphobos from.

Faced a problem to build dmd on darwin. Since I did not get gcc compiled so far, I found out that it builds if I use "clang++" to build it on darwin.
This also updates to the latest point release.
