Initial stable release of the Scientific Computing & Numerical Methods Toolkit.

This release includes:
_- Linear systems solver (Gaussian Elimination)

• Root finding (Bisection & Newton–Raphson)
• Numerical integration (Trapezoidal & Simpson’s Rule)
• Polynomial interpolation methods
• Execution time benchmarking_

Developed as part of MSc studies in Modern Software Development
