Calls out the create (--env) vs deploy (--set-env/--remove-env) flag trap and which --location is required vs auto-resolved, plus lookup-failure recovery guidance.
• feat(skill): ntzh skill install now overwrites an existing SKILL.md (reports updated) instead of skipping. The --force flag is removed — the binary's embedded skill is the source of truth, so reinstalling always brings the file up to date.
