Version 0.2 Release Notes

Changes Since Last Release:

  • Validation for Drive Selection: Implemented checks to ensure that a valid drive is selected before initiating the search process.
If no drive is selected or the selected drive does not exist, appropriate error messages are displayed to the user.

  • Improved Error Handling: Enhanced error handling to gracefully manage scenarios where the selected drive is inaccessible due to permissions or does not exist.

  • Regex Pattern for File Search: Added a regex pattern to search for variations of '.sfk' files, such as '.sfk0', '.sfk1', '.sfap', and '.sfap99', ensuring comprehensive file detection during the search process. [thanks to @angelolz]

  • Progress Bar Enhancement: Changed the progress bar to reset after a search

  • Code Optimization: Made minor code optimizations and refactoring for improved readability and maintainability.
