  • The pre-edit hook tells the agent to start a feature when a session edits its third distinct file outside .docket/ and no feature is open, once per session.
  • The docket-feature skill triggers before a change reaches its third file, and finishing within the turn no longer exempts a change from a feature.
  • The no-feature briefing hint says to start a feature before editing further, instead of only when the work continues past the session.
