Ignis 0.9.0 Katla - PWA manifest, Obsidian 1.15 testing

[Nystik-gh]

Ignis now has a PWA manifest which should make installing to your home screen work better. And there are a few fixes in how file operations are handled.

The main thing I'd like feedback on is the fixes added to support Obsidian 1.15. I have not yet set 1.15 as the new pinned Obsidian version, but you can set OBSIDIAN_VERSION=1.15.0 and restart your container to try it ourt. I you notice any issues, please leave a comment here and let me know.
