README.md says "The processed data can be retrieved from ftp://ftp.ohdsi.org/synpuf"

It appears ftp://ftp.ohdsi.org/synpuf is inaccessible; Is the FTP server down?

@zhiboz:

We took it down. Apart from the Synpuf, there really was nothing else left. All artifacts OHDSI is producing are located on Github, the website, Teams and on Athena. Feel free to contact @gklebanov if he can furnish a copy for you, but I am not sure how fresh that would be.
