[Release to trigger Zenodo]

This is the initial public release of the Astronaut and Spaceflight Participant Archive (ASPA), a structured dataset developed to support epidemiological, biomedical, and historical research on spaceflight participants.

ASPA v1.0.0 includes:

  • A curated dataset of astronauts and spaceflight participants in CSV and SQLite formats
  • A structured JSON descriptor file
  • Accompanying technical documentation describing data sources, variable definitions, and curation methods

This release is intended for public access and academic reuse. The data are provided under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. Please cite the dataset using the recommended citation format included in the repository.
