This PR makes the Explorer more similar to the original.

Here is what changed

  • Style change: Made the CRE code grey to differentiate it from the name visually
  • JS change: Made the CREs collapsible
  • Added tags that display linked standards (e.g. OWASP Top 10, ISO 27001 etc.)
  • Ensured the page filter also filters by linked standard
  • Fixed a JS warning
  • deleted some commented-out styles
