v1.1.1 — long dictation not cut

Long dictation is no longer cut at 120 s, plus an opt-in way to see what the recognizer heard.

Fixed

• The transport capped a recording at 120 s / 4 MiB and silently truncated anything longer — a two-minute
  dictation lost its tail with no warning. The bundle now patches those limits to 600 s / 20 MiB, matching
  the provider's maxAudioSeconds default. Raise both if you need longer single recordings.

Added

• GIGAAM_DEBUG=1 makes the worker log each window's raw transcript and the normalised result, so an ASR
  mishearing can be told apart from a number-normalisation bug.

Notes

• Pause-aligned windowing and Russian number ITN from 1.1.0 are unchanged.
• The harness voice-input client still cancels a recording when the window loses focus; that is harness
  behaviour and is documented in the README.

v1.1.0 — long recordings and numbers

Long dictation no longer crashes the provider, and Russian numbers come out as digits.

Fixed

• Recordings longer than ~200 s hard-crashed the recognizer (Mul 5000 by 8468, SIGABRT).
  Audio is now split at pauses, so the encoder never sees more than maxSegmentSeconds at once.

Added

• Pause-aligned windowing: cuts land in silence (>= 0.25 s), silence at the edges is trimmed, the
  threshold adapts to the recording noise floor.
• Russian number ITN: "в две тысячи двадцать пятом году" -> "в 2025 году". Ordinals in any
  gender/case are handled; «один», «ни один», «полтора» stay words.
• Settings maxSegmentSeconds (5-180, default 20) and numbers (digits default, words).

Measured on this machine (8 cores, CPU only, int8 model)

Local Russian speech-to-text for the DeepSeek Harness chat: GigaAM v3 e2e CTC (int8) on CPU via sherpa-onnx.
Offline, ~320 MB model, punctuation and case included.
