Add the Ability to Delete a Single Date in a Multi Reservation

With multi-reservations we might have to add a way to delete an existing date from a multi reservation, I'm not sure yet and it does come with the challenge of how to inform the citizen. However, if someone reserves 20 days and cannot make it on a specific date we want to free that date somehow, without having to cancel everything and resubmitting.
