  • (JA) oep-spec bc52327（debug §2 の閉じた後の保持、§2.2 holds、probe.config の wire-hold、core §8 の例外）に追従。仮想ベンチは、線切れ以外で
    接続を閉じたらその口の休みの状態を保持し、ピンを取られる、wire-hold が off、idle / disable の項目、で保持を終える。駆動が止まると halt を失う
    target（VirtualTarget.needs_drive、CH32L103）を表せる。クライアントは WireBase.holds()、config.WireHold、oep config wire-hold PROBE CH on|off。
