Keycloak and BEL Statement Semantic Autocomplete

• Converted from Auth0 when using an authenticated OpenBEL API backend to Keycloak.
• Using a single input field for BEL Statements which supports a smarter full BEL statement autocomplete in the OpenBEL API

JSPM-based, pre-keycloak authentication

Added a Dockerfile for production release and associated scripts for supporting getting started as well as deployment to a Docker container.

This release is setup to authenticate against Auth0-style endpoints - submit a username/password, get a JWT token and store it in local storage. The next release is going to authenticate against keycloak using the keycloak javascript library.
