How can I add/install OpenTyper to Openchrom ??? #27

I'm new to this software and I don't understand how to install / launch / use OpenTyper in Openchrom so could you help me ???

Installation guidelines could be great

The "OpenTyper" perspective is part of the latest OpenChrom release although I am planing for a standalone release #21. Go to https://www.openchrom.net/download and follow the instructions at https://wiki.openchrom.net/index.php/OpenChrom_Installation However they look a bit outdated. If you are using Windows, we recommend http://www.7-zip.org for extracting the files.

I only have access to Bruker microFlex instrument so the following assumes you have one as well. Make some adjustments in the instrument settings

so that the whole spectrum gets loaded and not just a subset:

and enable the profile MS view, which won't be necessary in the next release with #26, but for now you have to check it:

Then choose the perspective

and there it is:

Currently more like a viewer to sort out low quality spectra:

You can export it to e.g. CSV files which is also configurable:

and then save it to disk:

You can't really do much data analysis, but that is on the agenda. For now I recommend the excellent http://sing.ei.uvigo.es/mass-up/ from @sing-group for further data processing.
