Mention of identify-org.net in XML download

I just downloaded the XML version of the org-id codelist which still mentions identify-org.net in the metadata at the start:

<narrative>Organization identifier lists and their code.
[...] 
New code requests should be made via Identify-org.net</narrative>

That url now shows some advertising links. ("This domain name expired on 2017-09-27 15:37:25")
