`/system/backup/import` does not import correctly ("large" archive)

While testing & setup my new plugins in my stage installation, a restore test on my workstation from the staging installation was not completely.

In the archive all plugins are stored, but not correctly restored.

After each file the plugins folder content was erased when ?truncate=true was set.
The delete stuff has been moved outside the event listeners .("entry", ...), so it does not run on every file/archive entry.
