Remove default command handler incl. stream (& adapter stack)

Because switched to a bridged/active connection approach, the default handler command handler has no more purpose.
Never to mind that if this should work a command payload needs to be defined, which is for most cases without adapter stack not working.

• remove default command handler
• remove .stream & InterfaceStream
• remove adapter stack
• change command handler function arguments
  • remove "cmd",
  • remove "iface"
  • after this, remove interfaces from shared, see: Refactor interfaceStreams/WebSocket server/shared.js #440
• Remove "adapter stack" from interface(-stream) #492
• Remove .payload property?

Note to "Remove .payload property?".
In the future it could be possible to handle serial devices without plugin.
For that, there needs to be a payload somewhere defined.

To change the command handler arguments, a wrapper/check is needed.
Currently there are 4 arguments passed:

• cmd
• iface
• params,
• done/cb

The new arguments:

• params
• done
• ?

Or even better a object as fisrt argument, and cb as last:

• obj
  • .params
  • .foo
  • .bar
• callback

Because there are some limitations to check the function arguments:

function a(x, y, z) {} // a.length === 3
function b(x, y = 5, z) {} // b.length === 1  (with the first default stops the count)
function c(...args) {} // c.length === 0

Now with a wrapper function, arguments can be counted and checked if the new or old signature/way of callback should called:
