🔊 Add upgrade source timestamp logging.

When a dump is selected with -i or --dump, gOdoo logs its modification date and absolute path, along with the adjacent odoo_filestore directory, before downloading the official client. Dates include the local timezone offset. Missing metadata produces a warning while argument validation remains with the official client.

Validation: make lint; make test (558 passed, 9 skipped); focused Pyright check (0 errors).
