To study the analgesic effects of music in chronic pain we recruited 20 fibromyalgia (FM) patients and 20 matched healthy controls (HC), acquiring rs-fMRI with a GE 3T MRI scanner, before and after music or pink noise exposure for 5 minutes. Data also includes T1w and DWI sequences.
