Editor: Add copy/paste of rectangular regions

To-do: Select an area, click 'copy selection', and the current brush
changes to the copied selection.

I don't have a paste brush, just a rectangle (same size as selection). It's
already a functional copy/paste, but not perfect.

I don't forsee it copying actors soon. Another nice to have: show resource
worth beneath selection.
