What is

  • WRange
  • WVec
  • WRot
  • WAngle

and

  • CPos
  • CVec

especially how they compare to the measurements in RULES.INI for modders who are used to the Westwood engine.

Also explain how to convert legacy OpenRA rules with the command line tools from #4371
