v0.1.5 — Security and Hermes reliability

Choose a tag to compare

@1firecracker 1firecracker released this 19 Oct 09:09

Proactive Agent v0.1.5

Security and Hermes reliability update.

What's changed

  • Protects private project data, conversation events, and suggestion decisions with local authentication. The service accepts loopback connections only; browser access uses a single-use authorization link, and Connectors use owner-only local credentials.
  • Keeps browser and Connector permissions separate and rejects untrusted origins and hosts.
  • Fixes Hermes TUI-to-persistent-Session mapping so an approved suggestion returns to the original conversation exactly once.
  • Filters Hermes internal background reviews before they can become project Events or consume an approved suggestion's source ID.
  • Validates semantic-worker completion using usage receipts, with bounded retries for confirmed transient failures before any successful model call.
  • Updates Hermes and OpenClaw authentication resources, installation guidance, and legacy data-directory handling.

Upgrade instructions

This release requires updating both the runtime and the installed Connector. Updating the Python package alone is not sufficient.

  1. Stop the old service and the relevant Harness sessions.
  2. Hermes users: follow the uninstall step with the old runtime to restore the existing bridge, then install the new runtime and run setup again. OpenClaw users: also install the v0.1.5 plugin archive and restart the Gateway.
  3. Start the updated service, authorize your browser using its private link, and verify conversation capture and same-Session resume. Do not disable authentication to accommodate an old Connector.

Follow the version-pinned installation and upgrade guide. Project data is retained; the upgrade does not require deleting your projects or sessions.

Downloads

Verify downloaded files against SHA256SUMS before installation. Python 3.11 or later is required.

  • sn_proactive_agent-0.1.5-py3-none-any.whl — installable runtime.
  • sn_proactive_agent-0.1.5.tar.gz — Python source distribution.
  • sn-proactive-agent-openclaw-0.1.5.tgz — OpenClaw plugin.
  • sn-proactive-agent-skill-0.1.5.zip — complete setup Skill.
  • SHA256SUMS — SHA-256 checksums for the four archives.

After verification, install the downloaded wheel with:

pipx install ./sn_proactive_agent-0.1.5-py3-none-any.whl

Distribution remains through GitHub Releases; this version is not published to PyPI.

Validation

  • 230 Python tests passed from the clean source snapshot and again against a freshly installed release wheel.
  • 26 JavaScript bridge and Web language tests passed.
  • Real-browser checks passed for authorization, refresh, approval, logout, and rejection of reused authorization links.
  • Real Hermes conversation and Web approval were verified on macOS: three native background reviews completed, only three business Events were stored, and the approved action returned once in the original Session. The isolated test used a shortened background-review interval; it did not manually invoke the worker or inject events.
  • Runtime files in this wheel match the files used for the real Hermes acceptance. Archives exclude local documents, recordings, project data, and credentials.

Real-model lifecycle validation for this release covers Hermes on macOS. OpenClaw authentication is regression-tested; Windows and a new real OpenClaw lifecycle run were not part of this release validation. Core semantic processing continues to require a model-configured Hermes CLI.

v0.1.4 — OpenClaw integration

Choose a tag to compare

@1firecracker 1firecracker released this 08 Oct 07:02

Proactive Agent v0.1.4

Supports Hermes and OpenClaw.

  • Adds an OpenClaw Gateway plugin for conversation observation, project updates, and Web suggestions.
  • Accepting a suggestion continues the original OpenClaw session and records the execution result.
  • Adds Harness monitoring switches in Web settings and updates the Chinese and English setup instructions.

Install

Follow the setup Skill included in this release. Download the runtime wheel and verify it against SHA256SUMS before installation. OpenClaw users should also download and verify the plugin archive.

Assets include the runtime wheel, source distribution, OpenClaw plugin, complete Skill directory, and SHA256SUMS. Distribution is through GitHub Releases.

Python 3.11+ is required. Core semantic organization and judgment currently use a model-configured Hermes CLI, including when observing OpenClaw. The OpenClaw integration was demonstrated on macOS with OpenClaw 2026.6.11; other versions and operating systems require their own acceptance checks.

Validation

  • 189 Python tests passed, including a fresh installation of the release wheel.
  • 18 JavaScript bridge and Web language tests passed.
  • The release plugin archive installed successfully in an isolated OpenClaw environment.
  • Skill structure, resource inclusion, and package checksums verified.

@1firecracker 1firecracker released this 11 Sep 06:22

sn-proactive-agent v0.1.3

First public GitHub Release for the renamed Proactive Agent runtime package.

  • Web-only suggestions, project progress, and daily reports
  • Hermes Connector setup and same-Session resume support
  • Python 3.11+; install the verified wheel with pipx

The package is distributed through GitHub Releases in this version; PyPI publication is not included.

Proactive Memory Service v0.1.2

Pre-release

Choose a tag to compare

@1firecracker 1firecracker released this 10 Sep 01:55

Proactive Memory Service v0.1.2

The first manually packaged GitHub release: a local service for keeping project progress, presenting proactive suggestions, and showing daily project recaps.

Included

  • Core service, Markdown project/item/event storage, and JSONL runtime logs.
  • Web dashboard for suggestions, decisions, project progress, and daily reports.
  • Packaged Connector resources, guided Hermes setup, and runtime / Session diagnostics.
  • Fixed-version Skill installation instructions in skills/proactive-memory/.

Download and install

Requires Python 3.11 or newer and pipx. This repository is currently private; downloading requires repository access. With an authorized GitHub CLI account, run these commands in an empty download directory:

gh release download v0.1.2 --repo OpenSenseNova/SenseNova-Skills-ProactiveAgent --pattern proactive_memory_service-0.1.2-py3-none-any.whl --pattern SHA256SUMS

Compare the wheel's SHA-256 with its entry in SHA256SUMS before installing. Ensure the interpreter used by pipx is Python 3.11 or newer; use --python to select it if necessary.

pipx install ./proactive_memory_service-0.1.2-py3-none-any.whl
proactive-memory-service --version
proactive-memory-service doctor --json

Install the complete Skill directory separately through your Harness. Follow the installation guide before connecting Hermes. Installing the runtime alone does not configure a live Session.

Validation and scope

  • 158 Python tests and 8 Web bridge tests passed.
  • On macOS Apple Silicon with Python 3.14.4: isolated pipx installation, command entry points, packaged resources, Web startup, project data projection, and package removal with data retained passed.
  • The uploaded packages were downloaded back from GitHub, matched against their SHA-256 checksums, and the downloaded wheel passed a second, fresh pipx installation check using the standard install command.
  • This is a pre-release. This release check does not certify a new live-model Hermes end-to-end run or Windows integration. Hermes setup requires the supported source baseline documented in the Connector guide.
  • No PyPI publication or automated release pipeline is included.

Assets and versioning

  • proactive_memory_service-0.1.2-py3-none-any.whl: installable runtime.
  • proactive_memory_service-0.1.2.tar.gz: Python source distribution.
  • SHA256SUMS: SHA-256 checksums for both packages.

Tag v0.1.2 is fixed to commit 742f57a91e24113768b3d8e1c12d44f7c7653531. Future changes will use a new version and tag, rather than replacing these files. Project data, local documentation, recordings, and development-only tools are not included in the packages.
