Changes in build 247

1. Fixed app bootloop that occurs after closing the login screen when adding a new account.
2. The account management logic has been slightly simplified - in some cases, the parameters of the current account are used, instead of a complete search of existing ones.
3. Added optional UIL library debugging for displaying and caching photos.
4. API functions related to updating account counters and online status automatically pick up the access token.
