Changes in build 249

1. New “About” screen, made in the same settings style.
2. Access to messages has been restored, including sending.
3. Improved work with preloaded posts from the database.
4. (*) In databases, a cascade model has been added for deleting records before updating the newsfeed to avoid unpredictable duplication.
5. Fixed a bug in displaying the date and time of a post.
6. The mechanism for obtaining information about the authors of posts has been moved to a separate function, which makes it easier to process them before displaying them in the news feed and personal walls.

* The improvement is only available after reinstalling the application or deleting databases created by previous builds.
