dsh-fast-history 0.2.5 — mobile history anchor fix.

• On phones, all pager clicks (dsh-mobile synthetic and real taps) are routed through an anchored direct load.
• The old top-visible row is held after a prepend, so the viewport no longer lands on the next Load earlier pager.
• Delayed anchor retries are cancelled when the reader scrolls away.
• An explicit top pull loads exactly one page and never chains.

Tests: 12 unit + Chromium fixture green.
