• fix: complete the OrcaRail Payment Intent on return, and from an hourly WP-Cron sweep of pending and on-hold orders of the last 7 days whose shopper never came back. Before, paid orders stayed on-hold and their payments were never final or withdrawable. The sweep only changes orders whose intent ends completed.
• The schedule is cleared on deactivation and uninstall.
• Real-flow harness: sandbox key in Test mode, scanner-style payment confirmation, the order stays unpaid until the plugin completes it, plus the sweep path; the forged payment_intent.completed webhook is gone.
