Fixes #48.

Now, a chemical file N_T_chemical.txt may be read. The next format is expected:

hole_id;from;to;num_sample;element;th;GT;Grade;Equi;comments
TMRI_0820_1;49.55;50.05;NT0001;V;0.5;0;0;-1;RAS

An example file is available in nt.zip.
