- 事件常量集中到单一权威来源，移除重复定义

事件命名规范化
- 事件名统一为 lower_snake_case
- 修正部分事件名以避免歧义（例如配置变更、服务重载）
升级步骤
从 v0.5.3 升级
- 下载 SonicInput-v0.5.4-win64.exe
- 关闭旧版本并替换可执行文件
- 启动应用（配置自动沿用）
注意事项
- 旧的点分隔事件名已不再使用，请确保插件/扩展使用新的事件名
- 配置与数据文件保持兼容

- Centralized event constants into a single authoritative module

Event naming normalization
- All event names standardized to lower_snake_case
- Renamed ambiguous event labels (config change and service reload)
Upgrade Steps
From v0.5.3
- Download SonicInput-v0.5.4-win64.exe
- Close the old version and replace the executable
- Launch the app (config is preserved)
Notes
- Legacy dotted event names are no longer used; update plugins/extensions accordingly
- Config and data files remain compatible
