… to refactor 'name' references to more general terms
…a reference map file that represents a reference graph with several dictionaries
…ith a fixture and a benchmark file and the tool will use the fixture file to set up the database, and the benchmark file to test how long each command takes to run.
handle line and block comments in e2e files, benchmark tool can now output benchmark results to a given file.
