phipo-patterns 0.2.1

Beta release of the phipo-patterns package. Supports creating pattern data files from the pattern mapping table, updating the list of external patterns in the PHIPO repository, and synchronizing the pattern mapping table with the latest data from PHIPO and uPheno.
