  • Wait that all tickets assigned to Milestone 0.10.0 are closed
  • Add @RomanSyroeshko to composer.json
  • Pull Request from develop to master
  • Release with content from the Changelog.md
  • Tweet the release
  • Create milestone 0.11.0
