RTF Writer - Support for tables

Hi @JillElaine. I've just pushed basic table writing for the RTF Writer to the develop branch: 2205377. You can test it by running Sample_09_Tables.php on the samples folder. No styling yet, just plain table writing since I'm still learning the RTF syntax. Thanks.

When opened in Word 2010: all tables appear, the tables have no borders. If opened in Word Pad: the tables have narrow borders, the 'colspan' table is a row at the bottom of the Fancy table, the 'nested' table is not displayed. Great work. Your efforts are appreciated.
