SeaShell v0.6.2.279
This is a source-only GitHub mirror release. Packages are built and published from the private Gitea CI; GitHub Actions remains disabled.
- The compile cache cleans itself up. The daemon tracks when each cache entry was created and last used and sweeps hourly. Entries unused for 24 hours are deleted. An entry that comes back within 30 days (a weekly job) is promoted and kept until it goes 30 days unused. Running scripts keep their entry alive with a 10-minute ping, and entries whose files a running process has loaded are never removed.
- Concurrent compiles in the daemon are safe.
//sea_incdirincludes no longer leak between scripts compiled at the same time, and a cache entry only counts as a hit once a completion marker is written last, which also repairs entries left half-staged by a crash. - Concurrent elevated scripts no longer cross responses, and an elevated script can no longer start twice when the CLI retries.
- No more unbounded IPC waits. Status, stop, daemon discovery and elevated spawns time out on a peer that never replies, and watch sessions end as soon as the CLI disconnects.
- Linux scripts get the real implementation of RID-specific packages. RID fallback now walks the portable RID graph to
unix(e.g. Microsoft.Data.SqlClient no longer gets thePlatformNotSupportedExceptionstub), and versionedlibfoo.so.Nnatives are accepted. - SeaShell.Host depends on stable Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting 10.0.12.
- CI runs the unit tests again (204 on each platform), plus SQLite and SqlClient end-to-end tests on win-x64, linux-x64 and linux-musl-x64.
- Published SeaShell and SeaShell.Host 0.6.2.279 to NuGet.
