A site holding monitor may now run Beszel's hub with no uptime app beside it, Eg: a gateway given roles: [gateway, monitor] while the first monitor's external web server holds the uptime app alone. validate warns monitor shares a site there, as for any shared monitor.
• To use it, follow rc.17's steps for adding Beszel, pinning the beszel app to that site.

Everything in [0.3.0-rc.1] to [0.3.0-rc.17] still applies.
