First Windows test build.

  • Install: run YANTRA-Setup-0.1.0.exe (per-user install). It is unsigned, so SmartScreen will warn: More info -> Run anyway.
  • CLI: add \resources\bin to PATH to use yantra.
  • Needs Git and a signed-in Claude Code (claude) on the machine.
